What Happened?

When apps try to use the screenshot portal we get a request dialog for the permissionstore. There's no way to change that setting after that dialog

Steps to Reproduce

Using ASHPD you can play with the screenshot portal and see the request dialog

Expected Behavior

Need a way to change that setting to allow/disallow later. Table and ID are screenshot

Latest release (I have run all updates)
