Unable to add imap account at murena.io

What Happened?

I am unable to add the IMAP account I have at murena.io to my online accounts list in System Settings. I get the error message 'Network Unreachable' Adding my accounts at other email providers work without a hitch though. Adding the same account works on my android phone and on other computers as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Online Accounts system settings panel and select to add an IMAP acount using the button at the bottom of the panel.
2. Fill in the settings for the murena.io account
3. The error message 'Network Unreachable' is shown.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to be able to add the account.

Having the same issue with an Outloook account and a Google one since updating to Horus, worked fine on previous Elementary release...

I literally cannot add ANY account with this feature, and nobody is giving a solution or workaround...

Some mail providers use different server URLs than what mail detects. For murena.io these are mail.ecloud.global for IMAP and the same for SMTP as documented here. Google and Outlook use app passwords for third party mail apps as documented here and here. Sorry it's a bit of a late response but I hope it helps :)
