Keep having issues when trying to add Outlook account

What Happened?

Hey,

Are Outlook (the free ones, not using office 365 or anything) accounts currently working? I tried every SMTP/IMAP config I could find and I keep getting "SMTP verification failed: Could not log in. Please verify your credentials"

I'm currently using two step verification and using application password as suggested (this solution worked with my Google accounts) however, It doesn´t seem to work for my Outlook account. Disabling two step verification doesn´t seem to fix the issue either, I keep getting the same error.

Anyone managed to make it work? please share configs if you can ;)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened system config/online accounts
2. Clicked "Add account"
3. Completed my mail and an application password created just for this app
4. Tried various configs, including the ones officially listed at outlook.com
5. Get the error

Expected Behavior

I want to add my account to use native mail app/calendar
