About the project

A simple book management project with React, React Router, Typescript, Material UI 5, SWR, axios, formik, yup and a node server.

Features:

  • display a list of books
  • see book details
  • CRUD operations for book entity

Setup the project for development mode

Start server:

cd server
npm i
npm start

Runs the server on http://localhost:3001.

Start frontend:

cd frontend
npm i
npm start

Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

The page will reload if you make edits.
You will also see any lint errors in the console.

Build frontend project with npm run build

Builds the app for production to the build folder.
It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.
