In certain cases, even guests have their data stored (e.g. contact forms), I guess we'd need to show the agreements as well.

That's an easy one for our forum, as we have completely disabled guest posting. But I suppose since the server normally logs all accesses, they need to be presented the agreement anyway because their IP address may be logged. Probably easier just to disable access logs, in that case.

I don't remember any personal data (permanent) logging for guests in ElkArte, apart when the guest creates a post.
If the server does logging, then this is something currently outside of the scope of these issues.

Just delete the guest posting option... I never allowed it in my forums... it is unsafe also...
I can live without it...
