Hi.

I tried to use pipr on my WSL, but couldn't because of bwrap: Creating new namespace failed. error.
It doesn't seem that WSL doesn't support bwrap. While the bug reports are posted there a few years ago, I couldn't find any new information about bwrap on WSL.

Given the situation, I thought it'd be better to add notes to README about this. Can I send a PR for it?
