Convert moe dictionary to stardict format.
After you clone repository, just type make && make install. The dictionary will be generated and installed.
You can also download the dictionary file from http://goo.gl/jvqGf
After you downloaded the dictionary files, extract to $HOME/.stardict/dic/stardict-moedict-2.4.2/
