Add a section on key documents per year. With subsets by year we could include the annuals: Director's Meeting, Annual Meeting, Budget, and Financial Statement.
Add a section on EPC history.
Add a section on EPC finances.
Add a section on the responsibilities of campers (i.e. maintenance and improvement).
Add a larger area, "Camp As We See It," which includes the old photo archive, and some method for continuing to add new photos each year such as the photo contest.
Additions like the Future Survey could be include in a separate section on Surveys and Planning. This is probably better as survey, results, and future planning overlap multiple years.
