I am getting the error message "Plugin installation was unsuccessful due to error "No valid url specified." after hitting kibana-plugin install https://github.com/elo7/cohort/releases/download/6.2.3/cohort-6.2.3.zip command.

I am using Kibana 6.3.0 on windows 10

@bLuka latest supported version of Kibana is 6.2.3.
I work on upgrade to Kibana 6.3.x (6.3.2).
Actually, you need to downgrade Kibana to 6.2.3 version.
Supported version of Kibana can be seen on releases page: https://github.com/elo7/cohort/releases

@shurllsy unfortunately Cohort has last released 6.2.3: https://github.com/elo7/cohort/releases
But code base supports Kibana to 6.4.x.
You can install latest version of plugins from source code by
cloning this repository into .../kibana/plugins, branch: master
