Not compatible with Python 3

Tomlgun is really great. The only problem is that it doesn't work with Python 3. This can be a great inconvenience for those who only have Python 3 (like me).

Erm thanks, but are you sure it's great? It still can't process arrays.

Anyways, I have an extra day off this week, and I had planned to work on tomlgun so I'll see what I can do for Python 3 when I do get to work on it.
