[Beta 1.932, iPhone 6S+, iOS 9.02, jailbroken] Top edge swipe shortcuts not working when topbar hidden

When the topbar is hidden, the top edge swipe up gestures are not working like they used to. I’ve noticed this issue in the last two betas released on Testflight. For instance, the swipe up from shift key to show a hidden topbar doesn’t work. Also, when the topbar is hidden, the swipe up quadrants shortcuts (the, 'd, 'll, and 's) also don’t work. These shortcuts currently work when the topbar is up, but not when it’s down, and they used to always work.

I like to keep the topbar hidden as much as possible to maximize screen space, so the swipe up from shift key to show the topbar is an important feature to me, as are the other swipe up shortcuts. Thanks!
