Not being able to remove AP anymore in new version

Please confirm the following

• I checked the current issues for duplicate problems.

Describe the bug

previously when you clicked "ADD AP" you could've be able to put number lower than 0 to remove AP from character. Now button is grayed out and does not work when you type "-"

To Reproduce

1. go to any character's "Profile"
2. Click "ADD AP"
3. type number lower than 0
4. ta da

Expected behavior

being able to remove excess AP
