Do not include unnecessary combat sheet in PDF

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Often either standard armor or hit zone armor is used, but not both. Excluding the respective other sheet from the PDF would make it cleaner.

Describe the solution you'd like
Infer from the use of standard armor and hit zone armor which sheet(s) to include. If no armor is present, use the sheet with standard armor.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual toggle, only disable hit zone armor sheet if not needed.
