Disable reader view option showing when reader view isn't enabled #29

To reproduce this issue

Open and email
Turn on reader view (but don't turn it off)
Go to another email
Open the reader view pop up and it will say "disable reader view" you then need to click it twice to enable it.

Possible solutions

Always set it to off when a new page it loaded
If reader view is on then automatically apply it to all emails until it's turned off
Show both enable and disable buttons at the same time

While we decide on the best approach, I've added a quick fix that will invoke the reader view based on the current state of the toggle button.
