Having the component split by components/templates directories is sooooo 2019 :p

Note: you must ensure @glimmer/component is in the addons hash in twiddle.json, and that twiddle.json version is at least 0.17.1 for backwards compat with older twiddles (template colocation was not working in 0.17.0). Bonus points for making classic template location a checkbox option.
