Direct hyperlink to addon's Open Issues, Forks, Starred and Contributors in github

Currently, an addon's Open Issues, Forks, Starred and Contributors (from github) are displayed as numbers. It'll be nice to add links to them, for a better user experience. That is, display the numbers as links.

🤔 This would be nice but it is more complicated than it seems -- it would need to parse out the repo from whatever format is in repositoryUrl (whatever the package uses in package.json) and will need to account for addons that are missing that value or have incorrect values (marked hasInvalidRepositoryUrl).
