As of 0.11.0, emit's public API should be considered "stable". Unless there's something drastic we've overlooked, or bugs that require API changes to fix, there are no planned breaking changes to emit's API between now and 1.0.0.

We'll give the API a little more bake time and then propose a 1.0.0 release.
