I saw your reply in another repository, which is Video Panoptic Segmentation.
Do you have the link for leftImg8bit_sequence.zip from Cityscapes?
I have applied for it, but their response is too slow.

Only now I noticed your issue :<
I eventually downloaded it, but can not share it cuz our company's network is not open to the public.
I hope you already solved the issue. :)
