Allow user to control the timestamp for data saving into taosdb

In taosdb, user can pass Now to timestamp field, which means that use server's current timestamp to insert into table. In our taos sink, we should have an option to allow user to use Now value. In this case, the payload should not be necessary to have a timestamp field.
