getReputations returns a value which should have been purged #341

Getting reputations for Zeta (5DPgv6nn4R1Gi1MUiAnzFDPaKF56SYKD9Zq4Q6REUGLhUZk1) returns:

[{path: uid=51;encointer.getReputations, data: [[173, {communityIdentifier: {geohash: 0x7372637134, digest: 0xabb12168}, reputation: VerifiedUnlinked}]]}]

cIndex = 173, currentCeremony index is 1758, reputation lifetime is 1500. Something is fishy.

Not sure if this is because of some old unclean purging we had, and we never cleaned it up.
