Method mark doesn't appear to do anything

Tried using it, but nothing shows up on the performance graph. On close inspection it seems like all that calling mark will do, is add the passed string to eventQueue of the performance panel, but the eventQueue isn't, as far as I can see, ever processed.

Yeah it used to work, but I took it out for some reason. I'll look at adding it back in.
