[BUG] Fail to pickup available model automatically for Azure OpenAI when GPT3.5 isn't avail.

Description

I made a fresh Azure OpenAI deploiment with only GPT4o, GPT4 and DALL·E.
I set up the keys in .env (well in my docker compose technically).
When accessible BIG-AGI, it doesn't catch up those models by default. They are "hidden" and I need to unhide them and set a model as default.

Event with a fresh browser environment.
