Prevent DB corruption (in the same way the WhatsApp/Messages web apps do it).

Show when a tab is already open, to avoid data corruption by overwriting IndexedDB.

This is the same way Whatsapp or Messages work on Web apps, and it's better to proceed with a user warning, rather than risking to corrupt the DB.
