[Auth] Notification upon new login

As an additional security measure, it would be nice to get a push notification and email notification when a new login in Ente Auth is detected. This way the user is notified quickly if the account is compromised.

We recently started sending email notifications. Since there is no significant reason to add push notifications to Ente Auth, I don’t foresee us sending login notification via push in the near future.
