Errors in running Ente Auth

[MBNAME12]

Ente Auth v 4.0.2 was installed on a Linux (Debian 12) desktop on 26th October 2024.

It was launched, using root :-

/usr/share/ente_auth/ente_auth

and I get a screen with options :-

New to Ente

Existing User

Use without backups

Nothing more was done at this point, due to other concerns.

Then on 12th January the command :-

/usr/share/ente_auth/ente_auth

was rerun.

This time I got the following :-

An Ente Auth box opens, but it is completely black with nothing in it....

In the xterm window there are the following messages:

Have you any idea what might have caused the above errors ?
