Ente Auth: Biometrics with custom PIN or Password

When setting a custom PIN or Password for App Lock, allow to also use biometrics.

This is the best option because we can use device biometrics with fallback to user-defined pin/password and not to the device PIN.

This is how it works on 2FAS app: when setting a PIN there is a switch that enables biometric authentication.
