Unable to upgrade themes

Hello I have this issues when trying to upgrade themes. The permissions are related to user:nobody for uploads folder. Any idea?

I have the same issue.. getting same message and the /tmp directory is being shown for mine Download failed. Could not open handle for fopen() to /tmp

Use this patch in your file.php for wp-admin/includes and it will resolve this issue of having too long of a file name

Hi There, I have been trying to upgrade my tool kit, which seems to be a neccessary plug in to have for my site to function properly. However, I keep getting the following error message
