Would be great to restore the rpm package that's been lost

Description:

This will help users using redhat based distros the ability to adopt the technology faster
looks like it was lost around 1.32.0

@cccsss01 that was not something maintained by us

i did add some code for adding an rpm pipeline previously but we focused more on adding debian/apt so far

if its something you were interested in working towards i would be happy to assist, altho we would need to get agreement from other maintainers as it requires quite a bit of ci resources and maintenance
