Gather information to create a guide to help developers raise and connect a Block Producer to the mainnet.

This is meant to explain:

Importance of votes and what stand-by and active producers are
Network topology
Types of nodes (prod node, blocks-only relay, tx+block relay)
Setting up signing keys
Registering and unregistering as a producer
Claiming rewards

AC:

Compile all the information required and dump it into a document to be used for the writing of the guide
Create a ticket to write the guide linking to the required information
