Description

Introduce GraphRAG framework and implement knowledge chat on TuGraph.

Use case

Added GraphRAG framework support, compatible with existing RAG framework. Integrate TuGraph graph database to realize knowledge chat based on graph storage. At the same time retain future extensibility for other graph databases, knowledge graph and fine-tuning model.
