System doesn't work well (throws exception) if "Any Atom" that have "Isotope (atomic mass)" value set on the canvas

• Ketcher Version 2.18.0+dev.1 Build at 2024-01-11; 13:21:50
• Chrome Version 120.0.6099.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Win10
• Issue found while testing Expose Fold/Unfold hydrogens function in indigo API #1436

Describe the bug
System doesn't work well (throws exception) if "Any Atom" that have "Isotope (atomic mass)" value set on the canvas

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load from file: IsotopAnyAtom.zip (unzip first)
2. Select atom
3. Press Ctrl+C button
   

Actual behavior
System throws exception: Convert error! struct data not recognized as molecule, query, reaction or reaction query

Add/Remove explicit hydrogens feature doesn't work as well

Expected behavior
Copy/Paste works well.
Add/Remove explicit hydrogens feature works well as well :-)
