Ketcher version [e.g. v2.4.2].

Describe the bug
Adding hydrogens doesn't work for Custom query bonsds wrapped into Query components type S-Group

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load from file: Adding hydrogens doesn't work for Custom query bonsds wrapped into Query components type S-Group.zip (unzip first)
  2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

Actual behavior
System throws exception: IndigoException: array: invalid index 4 (size=4)

Expected behavior
No exception happens
