Describe the bug
System can't copy atom with custom query feature to clipboard (Indigo error: Bad request (400))

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load from file: 502 - System can't copy atom with custom query feature to clipboard.zip (unzip first)
2. Press Ctrl+A key
3. Press Ctrl+C key

Actual behavior
System throws exception: Convert error! Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON

Expected behavior
No exception.

Used custom query sequence:
