Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Macro - Flex mode
2. Load from file: Export to HELM works wrong if canvas loaded from MOL 3000.zip
   
3. Save canvas to HELM

Actual behavior
Export result contains inline SMILES: PEPTIDE1{[N([*:1])[C@H](C([*:2])=O)C |$;_R1;;;_R2;;$|]}|PEPTIDE2{[C([*:2])([C@H](CS[*:3])N[*:1])=O |$;_R2;;;;_R3;;_R1;$|]}$PEPTIDE1,PEPTIDE2,1:pair-1:pair$$$V2.0

Expected behavior
Export result contains peptides aliases (from library): PEPTIDE1{A}|PEPTIDE2{C}$PEPTIDE1,PEPTIDE2,1:pair-1:pair$$$V2.0
