Steps to Reproduce
Load attached test.cdx or test_base64.cdx

Actual behavior
Both files detected as MOL.

Meanwhile test_base64_tagged.cdx starting with the hint: "base64::" works fine.

Expected behavior
Both files should be successfully loaded, Ketcher shouldn't treat them as MOL.
