atom-atom structure doesn't replace functional groups and salts when selected and moved over them

Steps to Reproduce
Open Ketcher
Add different structures to the canvas:, FG, salt, FG with connected terminal atoms
Add a atom-atom structure to the canvas
Using selection tool select the atom-atom structure and move it over previously added structures

Actual behavior
atom-atom structure doesn't replace FGs or Salts when selected and moved over them

Expected behavior
atom-atom structure replaces FGs and Salts
