Preview and displaying of Cycloheptane on the canvas doesn't match the Template in the Template Toolbar

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch "Ketcher"
2. Click on the "Cycloheptane" Template in the Template Toolbar
3. Draw the Cycloheptane on the canvas
4. Move the mouse cursor on any empty place on the canvas
5. Compare the appearance of Cycloheptane on the canvas, on preview, and in the Template Toolbar

Actual behavior
Preview of Cycloheptane and added Cycloheptane on the canvas are displayed slightly rotated to the left, i.e. they don't quite match the Template in the Template Toolbar

Expected behavior
Added Cycloheptane on the canvas and its preview look like the Template in the Template Toolbar
