Macro: for single nucleotides, the 5' label appears on the canvas

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch “Ketcher” and switch to the Macro mode
2. Add any sugar, base and phosphate to the canvas
3. Draw a bond between the base (R1) and the sugar (R3)
4. Draw a bond between the phosphate (R2) and the sugar (R1)
5. Verify the presence of the 5' label on the canvas

Actual behavior
If you draw a bond from any sugar (R1) to any phosphate (R2), or vice versa from any phosphate (R2) to any sugar (R1), for single nucleotides, the 5' label appears

Expected behavior
For single nucleotides, the 5' label should not appear
