Steps to Reproduce

Switch to the Macro mode
Open Sequence mode
Open KET file with modified nucleotides
ketcher (modified).zip

Actual behavior
Letters have different markers but we have not any legend or popup with legend of marking nucleotides.

Expected behavior
Sequence legend or popup or tooltip is needed on the MACRO sequence page.
