Steps to Reproduce

Switch to the Macro mode – the Sequence mode
Add a sequence of letters and select any
Right-click on selected letters and choose the “Modify in RNA Builder” option
Change any nucleotide component in the RNA Builder
Click on the “Update” button
Hover over the buttons “Yes” and “Cancel” in the “Update Sequence” window

Actual behavior
The tooltips are displayed

Expected behavior
The tooltips are not displayed

OS: Windows 10 Pro (version 22H2) x64
Browser: Сhrome
Version: (124.0.6367.201 ) x64

Ketcher version 2.21.0-rc.2, Build at 2024-05-17; 12:09:53
