Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open modifyed RNA file from Biovia in Macro mode (sequence) rna-mod-phosphate-mod-base-example.zip
  2. Switch to Flex mode

Actual behavior
When switching from Sequence mode to Flex mode, RNA abbreviations remain

Expected behavior
When switching from Sequence mode to Flex mode, RNA abbreviations do not remain on the canvas. Only flex monomer structures are displayed.
