Rectangle Selection doesn't highlighted correctly in case of selection several elements #5226

Steps to Reproduce

Add to Canvas chemical elements (e.g.: Benze Rings) and simple objects (Shapes, Images, Arrows, Plus)
Click on Rectangle Selection
Click, hold and move cursor to select several objects
Continue holding and deselect objects, leaving only one selected

Actual behavior

Deselected element is still selected (more cases are attached in recording):

Expected behavior

Deselected element isn't selected

If the user clicks on Delete, only shape will be deleted

OS: Windows 11 Etnterprise
Browser: Chrome
Version: 127.0.6533.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Ketcher version

Version 2.24.0-rc.1

Additional context

Detected during testing for Image feature, but issue was introduced before Image feature - Insert image to canvas via "Add image" tool, Select, Move and Scale the image #4897;
