Replacing all DNAs in sequence in view mode on CHEM (A6OH) from the library causes invalid flex canvas #5253

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Sequence mode
  2. Load from file: Replacing all DNAs in sequence in view mode from the library causes undeletable monomer on the canvas (all of them).zip

  3. Select all monomers (in view mode)

  4. Go to Library - CHEM tab
  5. Click on A6OH chem
    image
  6. Switch to Flex mode

Actual behavior
Sequence contains hanging bond

Expected behavior
No hanging bonds

  • Ketcher Version 2.24.0-rc.1 Build at 2024-08-06; 19:17:47
