Replacing all nucleosides (i.e. w/o base) with peptides from the library in view mode causes invalid canvas - hanging bond and undeletable @ symbol #5254

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Sequence mode
  2. Load from file: Replacing all nucleosides (i.e. w_o base) with peptides from the library in view mode causes invalid canvas - hanging bond and undeletable @ symbol.zip

  3. Select all monomers (in view mode)

  4. Go to Library - Peptides tab
  5. Click on A peptide
  6. Switch to Flex mode

Actual behavior

  1. Sequence contains @ symbol that is impossible to delete
  2. In Flex mode - hanging bond

Expected behavior
No hanging bonds, no @ symbol
