Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Sequence mode
  2. Load from file: Replacement of few symbols split sequence on two.zip
    image
  3. Switch to Edit mode and select symbols as on the pic (use enumeration order)
    image
  4. Go to CHEM section and click A6OH chem

Actual behavior
Sequence splited on two
image

Expected behavior
Sequence remain solid
image

  • Ketcher Version 2.24.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-08-14; 19:06:32
