Prelacement of any preset side connected to another preset wrong - system losts side chain bond #5344

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Flex mode
  2. Load from file: base to base connected two sequences of presets (U) w_o phosphates.zip

  3. Go to Sequence mode and select left to symbols in view mode

  4. Go to Library - RNA tab and click on 25mo3r(nC6n5C)Test-6-Ph preset (create it if you don have it - sugar=25mo3r, base=nC6n5C, phosphate=Test-6-Ph)
  5. Switch to Flex mode

Actual behavior
System doesn't connect nC6n5C base with and second chain base

Expected behavior
System connects nC6n5C base and second chain base
image

As per [requirement](https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/4878):

.....4.6. If a preset is being replaced with another preset, side connection is preserved if the new preset has the same Rn at the same element within the preset.
