Steps to Reproduce

  1. Toggle to Macro - Flex
  2. Load using paste from clipboard way following HELM: PEPTIDE1{(A:40,C:80)}|CHEM1{[SS3]}$$$$V2.0

  3. Start to connect them with bond using center to center way
    (Select Connection Points dialog appears - ok)
  4. Press expand window button

Actual behavior
Ambiguous peptide remain unscaled

Expected behavior
Ambiguous peptide scaled to window size
image

  • Ketcher Version 2.25.0-rc.1 Build at 2024-09-03; 15:31:03
