Monomer arrangement on the canvas works strange for micro structure

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Molecules mode
2. Put Benzene ring on the canvas
   
3. Switch to Macro mode - Snake mode

Actual behavior
Micro molecule jumps to the top left corner

4. Go to Molecules mode and clear canvas
5. Put Benzene ring on the canvas
6. Switch to Macro mode - Flex mode
7. Put monomer inside the ring
   
8. Switch to Macro mode - Snake mode

Actual behavior
Monomer jumps to the top left corner but benzene ring remain in place

Expected behavior
In both cases behavior should be consistent
