Info button (i) for some properties at Settings

This is follow up of #5703
Background
Some properties at Settings need to be described. At least for "Image resolution" (General section) and "Ignore the chiral flag" (Stereochemistry section)
Currently - tooltip appears if you hover mouse over property name. But this is not obvious at all

Solution
Add info button next to the label that would show same tooltip on mouse hover
