Export of monomers to CDXML/Base64 CDX/CDX works wrong (Add to Canvas way)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Micro
2. Load from file: All type of monomers in horisontal chain and large micromolecule in the middle.zip
   
3. Save canvas to CDXML/Base64 CDX/CDX
4. Load it back using Add to canvas button

Actual behavior
System puts on the canvas:

Expected behavior
System let you put on the canvas one instance of this
